Questions, answered clearly

Frequently asked
questions.

How membership, verification and the directory work.

Who can join The SA Network?

South African and South African-connected professionals, independent practitioners and businesses serving people in the UK, UAE or the Netherlands may apply. Every application is reviewed before publication.

Do I need to live in one of those countries?

Not necessarily. You should offer a service that is genuinely available to people there, whether remotely or from a physical location.

Are founding listings really free?

Yes. The first 200 approved founding listings are complimentary. We will communicate clearly before introducing any future paid options.

What does ‘professionally verified’ mean?

It means The SA Network has checked specified identity, qualification or professional-registration information. A founding-member badge means the listing was reviewed, but it is not the same as professional verification.

Does The SA Network recommend its members?

No. The directory helps people discover independent professionals and businesses. Visitors remain responsible for deciding whether a member is suitable and appropriately qualified for the service they need.

Can I change or remove my profile?

Yes. Email info@thesanetwork.com from the address associated with your listing and tell us what you would like changed or removed.

How do I report inaccurate information?

Use the ‘Update or report this listing’ link on the relevant profile, or email us with the profile name and the information you believe needs attention.
